To complete the reservation, please pay the deposit (50% of total charge) within 2 days after the booking request. We are unable to reserve the room for you if the deposit process is incomplete.
We will not make further notification for the incomplete reservation.
According to the Consumer Protection Law and the regulation under the Mandatory and Prohibitory Provisions of Standard Form Contract for Domestic and Overseas Travel, if a cancellation is made, customers have the right to get a proportional refund according to the following standard, except a NTD30 transaction fee.

Change your check-in date
If changes need to be made due to personal reasons, please call to notify us at least 7 days prior to your original check-in date. Changes of check-in date can only be made once. The deposit can be kept if checked in within 6 months.
Cancellation due to weather conditions
If you are unable to check in due to force majeure including traffic breakdown, land warning of typhoon, or other natural disasters issued by Hualien County Government, you will receive a full refund excluding a NTD30 transaction fee. This refund policy does not apply to weather conditions that do not affect immediately the safety of traffic on land, including heavy rain, earthquake, or sea warning of typhoon issued by the government. This policy also excludes self-identified hazards.
Cancellation due to typhoons
Full refund:
A land warning of typhoon for the main island of Taiwan is issued by the Central Weather Bureau on your check-in day.
No full refund:
If there’s no land warning of typhoon issued by the Central Weather Bureau on your check-in day and you would like to cancel your trip due to personal concerns, your cancellation will be processed according to our cancellation policy. According to the Consumer Protection Law and the regulation under Mandatory and Prohibitory Provisions of Standard Form Contract for Domestic and Overseas Travel, if a cancellation is made before the trip, customers have the right to get a proportional refund except a NTD30 transaction fee.
Note:
Once a typhoon is confirmed to affect your arrival, you may either choose a refund or to change your reservation to a later date. We will not be able to automatically postpone or reserve your check-in date.
Please provide the account number for transfer within 3 days.
A NTD30 transaction fee is required in any refund.
